Description & Requirements

Design interventions that shift knowledge, attitudes, and behaviours—not just at the surface, but in the systems meant to protect.

We’re inviting expressions of interest from a behavioural science / human-centered design consultant to join a proposed team working on system-level change for migrant worker inclusion.

Responsibilities include:

  • Advising on human-centered design of interventions
  • Supporting co-design with stakeholders
  • Providing input on training and communications tools
  • Advising on soft indicators and change metrics

 

Required qualifications:

  • Experience in behavioural science, human-centered design, or strategic communications
  • Prior experience designing behaviour change interventions in migration or public service contexts
  • Strong facilitation and co-design skills
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic an asset
  • This is a pre-award recruitment. Final selection depends on project approval.
