Design interventions that shift knowledge, attitudes, and behaviours—not just at the surface, but in the systems meant to protect.
We’re inviting expressions of interest from a behavioural science / human-centered design consultant to join a proposed team working on system-level change for migrant worker inclusion.
Responsibilities include:
- Advising on human-centered design of interventions
- Supporting co-design with stakeholders
- Providing input on training and communications tools
- Advising on soft indicators and change metrics
Required qualifications:
- Experience in behavioural science, human-centered design, or strategic communications
- Prior experience designing behaviour change interventions in migration or public service contexts
- Strong facilitation and co-design skills
- Fluency in English required; Arabic an asset
- This is a pre-award recruitment. Final selection depends on project approval.
