Description & Requirements

If you’re an Arabic speaker who knows how to listen, we want you on the ground capturing the voices that usually go unheard.

We’re looking for Arabic-speaking Field Researchers based in Kuwait or Bahrain to support qualitative research as part of a proposed initiative on labour rights and access to justice.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting group discussions with migrant workers and families
  • Supporting ethical documentation and informed consent processes
  • Participating in training and piloting of research tools
  • Contributing to debriefs and analysis with the core team

 

Required qualifications:

  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written); basic English required
  • Experience conducting interviews or group discussions
  • Prior work with migrants, labour issues, or community-based projects preferred
  • Comfortable with note-taking and documenting key insights
  • Inclusion in the team is contingent on a successful bid outcome.
