Description & Requirements
If you’re an Arabic speaker who knows how to listen, we want you on the ground capturing the voices that usually go unheard.
We’re looking for Arabic-speaking Field Researchers based in Kuwait or Bahrain to support qualitative research as part of a proposed initiative on labour rights and access to justice.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting group discussions with migrant workers and families
- Supporting ethical documentation and informed consent processes
- Participating in training and piloting of research tools
- Contributing to debriefs and analysis with the core team
Required qualifications:
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written); basic English required
- Experience conducting interviews or group discussions
- Prior work with migrants, labour issues, or community-based projects preferred
- Comfortable with note-taking and documenting key insights
- Inclusion in the team is contingent on a successful bid outcome.
