Help shape a multi-country rights initiative focused on justice and protection for migrant workers across systems, borders, and power structures.
We are seeking a senior-level Lead Researcher to join a proposed team for a regional initiative focused on migrant workers’ access to labour rights and social protection systems in the Gulf.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing research methodology and guiding implementation in multiple countries
- Overseeing field data collection and quality assurance
- Engaging with legal, policy, and institutional stakeholders
- Synthesizing findings into accessible, actionable reports
- Leading cross-country analysis and reporting
Required qualifications:
- Significant experience in research, policy analysis, or technical advisory roles related to labour rights, social protection, or migration
- Demonstrated experience working in the Gulf or MENA region
- Proven ability to lead multi-country research assignments
- Excellent writing and synthesis skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic an asset
